The Jensen’s Range

Jensen’s Freshly Minced Garlic and Freshly Crushed Ginger and Freshly Crushed Chilli.

For kids in the kitchen, Stuffed Potatoes.

First pierce the potato skin; wrap lightly in a paper towel and microwave for 4 minutes. When it’s cool cut a slice from the top of the potato to create a lid, then remove the center of the potato and place it in a small bowl. Add some finely chopped spring onion, capsicum-cooked bacon and grated cheese, add a pinch of basil and half a teaspoon of Jensen’s Garlic and Jensen’s Ginger. Mix all the ingredients together and place back in the potato top with cheese or bacon, replace the lid and grill.
